In honor of our Curvy Fling, here (in no particular order) is the list of 10 of our favorite curvy celebrities. Feel free to add other curvy celebrities that you love in the comments section below.

Rebel Wilson

Rebel Wilson at the A Few Best Men movie premiere in Sydney.

This Australian comedy actress has been making us laugh quite a bit these past few years. Her role as Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect was absolutely hilarious, and we can’t wait for the sequel! She was also great in the latest Night at the Museum movie. Plus, we can’t forget her role as the strange roommate in Bridesmaids. With her adorable accent, a pretty kick-ass name, and an obviously awesome sense of humor, what’s not to love about Rebel?

Queen Latifah

There was no way we were leaving the Queen off our list! Many may recognize her from her roles in popular movies and television shows, but she is also considered one of hip-hop’s pioneer feminists. She started her music career way back in 1988 and even won a Grammy in 1995. While the Queen certainly has a quite a list of contributions to the music and film industries, her beautiful ads for CoverGirl also deserve a mention. She shows how absolutely flawless a curvy girl can be! Plus, she is a supporter of the LGBT community, though she chooses to keep her personal preferences as private as she can.

This British singer and songwriter sang her way into our hearts in 2011 with her super successful single “Someone Like You”. Today, with ten Grammy Award wins under her belt, she continues to deliver hit songs. She is now working on her third studio album. Adele has been criticized for her weight, but she has stated that she is perfectly happy with her curves. Adele has said, “I would only lose weight if it affected my health or sex life, which it doesn’t.” You go girl!

Jill Scott

This singer, poet, actress and model is pretty much the epitome of a proud curvy women! While she is best known for her sexy and soulful R&B singing. Jill is a women of many talents and has a growing resume as an actress as well. Ms. Scott actually began her career as a spoken word artist. Her poetry caught the attention of the Roots artist Questlove. Through a collaboration she made her debut appearance as an artist in 2000 at a Roots live show. The rest is history.

Meghan Trainor

This American born singer and songwriter has been making waves on the Billboard charts, and since she only recently turned 21, she’ll probably be around for a while. Meghan’s breakout single “All About That Bass” may have been slightly controversial, but we love her toe-tapping pop tune about loving your body. The song slams unrealistic photoshopped images of “beauty” and promotes embracing your curves, and for that reason alone Meghan couldn’t be left off our li

Melissa McCarthy

This comedian and actress first gained recognition with her role on the television show Gilmore Girls and more recently on the (still airing) CBS sitcom Mike & Molly. Her popularity has skyrocketed with hilarious roles in films like Bridesmaids, Identity Thief and The Heat. In 2014 she starred in Tammy which she also helped to write and produce. After losing nearly 45 pounds, Melissa has trimmed down quite a bit. She reportedly dropped the pounds for health reasons. A friend of the actress has stated, “Melissa knows that fans love her big and beautiful, and she’s not obsessed with dieting. She’s looking for a happy medium.” That sounds like the right attitude to us!

America Ferrera

We fell in love with this beautiful actress back in 2002 when she starred in the perfectly titled movie, Real Women Have Curves. She continued to land some awesome film roles, and we were excited to see her in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Today she is best known for her leading role in the ABC comedy-drama series Ugly Betty, which had a solid 4 season run. In 2011 she made her London stage debut, playing Roxie Hart in Chicago. We were also thrilled to catch America in a few episodes of The Good Wife and we hope to see even more of her in the future.

Mindy Kaling

Mindy won a place in our hearts with her very funny role as Kelly Kapoor in The Office. Not only was she a great actress, she also wrote many of the very successful show’s episodes. Now she has a show all to herself. Mindy stars in, co-produces, writes, and directs The Mindy Project, which is currently in its third season on FOX. Like all of the fabulous women on this list, Mindy is also comfortable with her curves. She was quoted in Vouge magazine saying, “But I never need to be skinny. I don’t want to be skinny. I’m constantly in a state of self-improvement but I don’t beat myself up over it.”

Jennifer Coolidge

Coolidge has been a favorite of ours since she played Stifler’s mom, the quintessential milf, in American Pie. Since then she’s had some great supporting roles in both movies and television. We loved her as Paulette in Legally Blonde, who taught us all how to do the bend and snap. More recently Jennifer landed a recurring role in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls and is now a regular cast member.

Margaret Cho

A woman of many talents, Margaret is a comedian, fashion designer, actress, author, and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her stand up comedy routines. A huge supporter of the LGBT community, Margaret has identified herself as gay, though she is actually married to a man. She claims, “her politics are more queer than her lifestyle.” Her Korean ancestry, eclectic style, and a curvy body covered in tattoos, all add to the fact that she surely stands out in a crowd. She is outspoken when it comes to her politics and beliefs, and she has spoken out about people criticizing her body.
